      Do they really have any?

      -> Treat Employees like Slaves & Daily Labour -> Abuse employees in meeting calls & groups -> Holding last month paychecks -> Deducting extra PF and none should question on this -> Incentives, They promise while you join and start negotiating and slowly stop saying market is not good. -> 1+1 is their basic policy to save salaries -> You are not allowed to take any sick leave or holiday even for important festivals -> Hr. Policy , most funniest part is Hr. is fresher and she don't even know how to behave with seniors -> If you are late by 5 min, half day cut though it's raining or u met with accident or anything -> Use & Throw employees with high salary after squeezing their worth.

      Worst Company Ever

      Dont think about Pros becoz this company dont have any Pros.

      Cons

      The biggest cons of this company is the CEO's themselves. They are worst people i have ever seen. They disrespect the employees and call them labour. they terminate and make employee resign forcefully without any reason. They dont even have proper HR and HR policies. Caste feeling and Favoritism is ruling the company. I really dont understand whether CEO's are educated or not. First they build up the hopes of the company to make you join in the company later they bring up their original color. Simply in one word boycott this company and CEO's.

      Hi "Akram Khan”, We are so sorry on your exit. QuantumBricks Inc got good head start and revenue in short period of time with amazing team collaboration & support. We are not in a stone age to show Casteism or Favoritism, this is a profit for business, not a charity & obviously, any organization will value sales resources who produce good numbers, and above all - by your words - it reflects your poor opinion on "Dignity of Labour”, and HR policies are well documented in offer letter, please review -agreed terms Firstly, you were onboarded with expected output & numbers in new business module and which you couldn’t deliver even after 6 months, by employment agreement you were asked to look for alternative and offered agreed 30-day notice period, even then unfortunately you couldn’t find your next engagement. Even after poor performance, you were offered to alternative position as dedicated “Trainer”, for which you declined it.       Pros

      I have been working with QB since last 2 years and the whole time has been great and I am very sure that I am going to stay and work for this company for many more coming years. And the reasons are endless. Like: Motivated team, supportive management, on-time salary, promotions, optimistic and full of energy co-workers due to which I never come to know how quickly the time passes during work hours. Always something new to learn, new challenges which always keeps you busy and motivated more and more.

      It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working with the company.
