      Pros

      There is an office in Seattle full of people who care deeply about relationships: With the Client, the employees hired, the quality of projects, and if there ever is a hiccup - they make it right! You don't see boutique offices like this anymore. It's a great place to work and the owners couldn't be any nicer.

      Pros

      The basic mandatory minimums are given as benefits. Because it’s a small company, the owners (if advised) will be generous if you’re going through a hard time.

      Cons

      The absolute most unorganized, out of date, caveman agency there is in Seattle. The leadership needs to be educated and brought up to date on how agencies should run and what consultants expect. It would do them major good to get an HR Manager in house to put and end to this insanity. Leadership turnover is off the wall...makes you wonder who is running the joint.
