      Dreadful Experience

      Pros

      - Some employee benefits such as health care and paid gym memberships. - Good location/view. - Drinks on a Friday.

      Cons

      The cons of working with this organisation far outweigh the pros, and I would strongly advise anyone to seriously think before accepting employment. - Wage is far below industry average, and have been numerous accounts of staff promised rises that were considerably lower than expected. - Staff turnover is incredibly high which speaks volumes, with instances of staff leaving without having other employment sorted as they were desperate to get out. - A negative work atmosphere, with many cliques that exist that have been known to isolate staff if they do not fit. - Instances of staff bullying. - Due to highly changing workforce staff are often not given adequate training on tasks, and thrown in at the deep end without the proper resources and left hung out to dry if not correct.

We always look for continual mechanisms for our team to raise and discuss any issues so that we can act quickly and I am sorry that you felt that you did not receive enough support here. We have introduced our employee pulse survey each week and have also set up an internal training programme. Setting the correct salaries is definitely important. Awarding salaries that are competitive and fair within the industry is something we do work hard on, and we do this by completing benchmarking assessments. We review salaries annually in line with our annual performance review process. We're sorry to hear on this occasion you felt we didn't get it right. Instances of bullying /disrespect will always be fully investigated and we take a no tolerance approach to this.       Shameful Organisation

      Office is in a good location

      Cons

      Senior management - promote shameful blame culture. Treatment of staff is close to bullying, people are often seen in tears, office atmosphere is awful. No women in senior management, very masculine culture. MD doesn't care about people, only his self image outwith the company, mass resignations and horrible culture reflect this. Work - clients are made ridiculous false promises at sales stage that can’t be delivered on so staff are always under pressure to deliver the impossible. Projects are always understaffed and getting worse. No focus on performance or quality of work now, just how you personally act and "sell your brand" to others. HR department exist only to back up management, they don't care about employees . Huge staff turnover, around 20 resignations (a third of the company) in the last 6 months, including multiple new starts.
