Absolutely none at all period

First, I want to say that Quest is so good at telling you all the things you want to hear. You have people in charge over the Walmart account who is awful. They lie and tell you all kinds of stories. I was a team lead and what a joke that is. I was one of the best. I talked to people with respect and treated them great. I was unaware that pt/ft employees when upset could go write emails on you and not even follow chain of command and get you fired. The worst part is noone even called me and said a word. They put you in crappy hotels. They say you can get points for your hotel stays but then get them booked at discount rates so you dont get your points. They give you a gas card with 50 cap even though team leads shouldn't have a limit. They keep horrible employees working due to a head count factor so that's why they get away with everything and noone but good workers get pushed out . Do not work here if your smart and wanna grow a career. You will not get there with hard work they will resent you for being smart capable and good at your job. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE CAUTION WORK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Pros

Travel to new places Field managers that listen Care about employees No day is ever the same Finishing projects is rewarding Travel dept does a good job of finding the best avenues to get employees to the work site. Can move up the with hard work Day and night work available

Cons

no cons, just need to be flexible with time
