Pros

Free pistachios and cookies if they don't cut budget before the next order. You can make a "killing here". (At least that's what they tell you.)

Cons

Honestly this might be the biggest joke of a job since collecting sperm from a horse but even they have better health insurance than we do. The SDR's don't even know how to dial a phone number. If you want to be good at your job as an SDR learn how to copy and paste like a champ and get a list of Netflix shows to watch because you'll be doing a lot of that. Not to mention that you get a 30 min group therapy break every day. QuestionPro could make more money selling their desks and chairs than survey software. If you do get hired at this job, then expect any day to be your last. If you do get fired, which will most likely happen, remember you're probably not a good culture fit even if you've been there for 9 months.

Just don't with this one...

Pros

Free lunch on Thursdays. San Mateo office is within walking distance to Whole Foods.

Cons

They love to brag about being one of the few companies in Silicon Valley to be completely bootstrapped. Don't buy it, while they are and this is true, that doesn't mean they're actually successful or growing. They treat hiring and firing like it's a best practice here. Managers (especially the CEO) have huge egos and love to micromanage (unnecessarily). They don't give you the resources needed to succeed. Culture is absolutely awful. Cheap, unhealthy snacks at the office. No sense of collaboration. Everyone is way underpaid. Managers do not support you at all with issues, and are the first ones to point fingers when things aren't great. CEO likes to send out novel length emails that are far from motivating. The list goes on. Just don't with this company.
