Impressive culture and benefits with a smooth onboarding

Pros

Still a bit early (recently joined) but from the comfortable interviewing experience and lovely onboarding, to experiencing the culture of what the org offers (from a softball team, Canada's Wonderland day, fitness challenges) the awesome office and fully employer paid for benefits!? Things over at QFG are pretty impressive (and I've worked at some pretty awesome companies).

Great team environment with genuinely nice and welcoming people. Strong cross-team collaboration despite the company having many teams. Fair and reasonable deadlines that respect employees' time. Solid developer tools and resources provided to do the job well. Overall, I genuinely enjoy working here and see myself staying with the company for the long term. I have no complaints and feel valued as part of the team.

Cons

With multiple teams working on different priorities, sometimes tasks can be delayed when other teams' work takes precedence. While understandable given the company's size, it can occasionally impact project timelines.
