Pros

The good, kind, talented and hard-working people that work at mid-level and below are the best!

Cons

The fact that there is one client poses a major problem for the future. Upper management is clumsy at best. Micromanagement from the very top level makes for a dysfunctional working environment. Creative and Account teams are consistently stymied by the top level, contributing to the disorganization and frustration.

A Handcrafted Queue Review

Pros

Queue is an ambitious small agency full of excellent human beings. This was a great place to grow and learn. Yes, it will force you out of your comfort zone - you could be presenting ideas to a VP of Marketing at a fortune company. Brainstorming with Queue's very own president, Ross. Or pitching new work to clients. But that's the beauty of Queue. There are no egos. No politics. No limits. Queue isn't for everyone. It's not for the lazy or unmotivated. It's not for those who just want a paycheck. You will work damn hard here. But seeing your ideas come to life is so worth it. Everything from launching a new digital campaign, video shoots, revamping a website. Queue can (and wants to) do it all. So, come for the invaluable experience. Stay for the Friday celebratory beers.

Cons

- TONS of projects. Very fast paced & could be overwhelming. Or if you're like me, it'll keep you busy and the day will fly by. - A lot of meetings. I repeat, a LOT of meetings. - The industry of Queue's major client can be difficult to understand but the clients are genuinely amazing people.

Pros

To quote three former employees, "I would never recommend a person to work at Queue or a company do business with Queue."

Cons

The quality of work produced by each team is inhibited by the amount of workload given to each employee, which is unfortunate since Queue hosts a great deal of talent. Work/live balance is obsolete along with actual (and on-going) positive change to enhance employees' benefits.
