Horrible Company Culture

Pros

Queue-It's software is unmatched. I recommend the product, not the people.

Cons

When you work at Queue-It you are not treated like a human being. You are just the next paycheck for upper management. Favoritism is very prominent here and you are only given growth opportunities when you are their puppet. I was belittled and treated like my voice did not matter. The culture here is extremely disappointing and goes against everything they preach about fairness and equality.

Pros

Some really great colleagues here.

Cons

The company culture is SO FAKE!!! They pretend that our opinions are valued but in reality if you speak up or have a different opinion than certain leaders you get punished. The punishment is that they take away the interesting tasks and leave you to rot in boredom till you resign. I’ve seen it happen. It’s an actual strategy. And everyone is afraid to speak up. The leader of the HR department is the worst. She speaks bad about everyone. Even her own team and fellow managers. It’s awful. I wouldn’t recommend working here.

Mixed emotions

Pros

Flexibility and good social activities. There are a lot of social events and good opportunities to learn.

Cons

This is probably the most unfair and non transparent working place I have been in. The yearly employee review implies me telling my manager what I do because they don't know even if we work directly in the same team. The action points in the review regarding one's personal growth are not followed up upon. When a business crytical event occurs the company structure doesn't matter and the smallest people get blaimed. There is a lot of finger pointing. Employees are not treated equally. The work environment is not family oriented, and there is a lot of favoritism. Business crytical tasks are decided upon by managers in closed door meetings to be assigned to the select few who are deemed worthy. There were more occasions when I didn't have tasks or had to come up myself with one.
