Pros
Was a great place to work at one time when Mr Goessling was in charge. Business thrived over 30 million in revenue between 4 locations and 300 employees
Cons
John took over. Fired the President and Vice President. Closed all plants but one. Slowly and steadily ran business downhill. Under 1 million in revenue, under 40 employees. Promoted a girl from customer service to President of company.

*401k available *refrigerator *microwave *Self-insuring is far less expensive than the plan they offer
Cons
I wouldn't be surprised if they completely fail within 12 months.
