Pros

Half days on Friday are pretty nice. The flexible schedule is considerate and hours are actually decent. You aren't micromanaged, they give you a computer and a desk and let you do your thing for the most part.

Cons

This company is very much about maintaining a status quo. New ideas or thoughts are immediately shut down if they don't adhere to what the leadership likes to hear. Not clapping during presentations will get you spoken to about 'maybe this isn't a good cultural fit for you'. You are expected to show up, smile, and drink the koolaid. You will make very, very little money while you are here. Good vendors are shifted to the reps who have been with the company the longest. They will even mess with your applications and vendors if they feel like it, the management is either too intimidated by the older reps or too enamored with themselves to do anything to protect the newer reps from having apps blatantly stolen or modified by the senior reps. Complaining will have you talked to about absurd 'emotional problems' and 'not being a team player'. After having one such rep repeatedly mess with my applications, pull me into a training room and raise his voice at me, and just bully me for over a week, I brought my concerns to HR. Wrong move, as I was immediately fired for it. You are simply not protected or respected as a new employee here. They will disrespect you, take your apps, mess with your desk, whatever. If you say anything besides smile and eat into the company culture, you'll be let go. Stay far away from this company unless you have serious self esteem issues.

Pros

Provide rip off financing to people who don’t understand credit at all and dance around the total cost to make a sale and some commission since the base pay is a joke.

Cons

CEO Tim Crown used a recorded message to let the majority of the staff know they were terminated on 3/24/20. Don’t be fooled by the promises they make. All the negative reviews here are accurate and not an exaggeration.

Pros

2 weeks PTO when you start and 3 weeks after 1 year. Short days on Fridays

Cons

Only consider taking a job here if you want to be looking for work again in a few months. I started with this company when they were very small, back in 2014. It was a fun place to work and you could make decent money if you stuck around for awhile. There were numerous changes in management over the 6 years I worked there, and all of them just made things worse. Every new manager wanted it to be their way or the highway, even though they knew nothing about this industry. They know that the only way to get these deals done is to let their employees lie, or at least talk around the truths. The management at this place is worse than a used car lot. Everyone of them is trying to look smarter than the rest and meanwhile all they are doing is micro managing. I have heard that a lot of the bad management got weeded out during the pandemic, but this place isn't going to be around much longer in my opinion. The only way to get rewarded is to kiss butt, and if you are over the age of around 40, forget about it. They ran off or fired everyone over 40 that wasn't a family member. They want the young people who they can manipulate.
