Pros

There are no pros to working at this company, largely due to an incompetent and self-serving operations leadership that thrives on entitlement rather than accountability. The management culture revolves around offloading excessive workloads onto employees while offering little support, appreciation, or direction in return. Instead of fostering growth or teamwork, the leadership creates an environment driven by pressure, imbalance, and poor decision-making. The positive reviews put up are staged and scripted by the management. For anyone doubting, please check for the employee attrition rate at this company and that'll be enough.

Cons

1) Working at this company takes a serious toll on your mental well-being due to the complete lack of work-life balance and an unhealthy management culture. 2) Employees are constantly expected to stay available even on their days off. 3) The workload never truly stops, leaving little to no time for yourself, your family, or even basic rest. 4) Human Resources is of no use and needs more brains to function effectively. 5) The operational leadership is what has ruined the culture here. The top management is ignorant to see this and employee attrition is through the roof due to this. 6) One should never think of joining the India office till the leadership changes.

Pros

Brand name still fools people outside

Cons

The five star reviews do not match reality at all. They read staged, clustered, and wildly disconnected from how most people are treated day to day. If you are not in the inner circle, you get managed out slowly through silence, exclusion, and subtle pressure. Opportunities go to the same protected people, feedback disappears, and inequality is brushed off with polite smiles. Nothing is overt, everything is intentional. Leadership allows it, the CEO sets the tone, and the rest is theater. The 5 rating are fake, they’re by employees who’re instructed and paid to do so
