      Some colleagues are nice and good to work with.

      No good career path. They told you that you were not good enough. it made me feel depressed for a long time.

      Pros

      A great and diverse team which is extremely valued, with great emphasis on personal development. Everyone is working towards the same goals, and everyone is extremely supportive to achieve them together. The passion and tightness within the team can be felt every day. The executive team is extremely encouraging and nurturing.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but with the environment being really fast-paced, this may not suit everyone.
