      - mostly nice people - no hard deadlines

      Cons

      - no idea how to upsell current products and develop new ones - only C level buds are promoted/hired - not really a place to grow - Germans have more benefits than people from other countries

      - Right direction - Lot of momentum - Can build new things from scratch - Having data in these times is a huge plus, especially if not everybody can access it - New regulation is actually helpful

      - Strategy a bit unelaborated - Mgmt should listen more to people that have a bit of tenure - Too less brainstorming - Too few people for some basic topics
