Pros

Nice office, some nice people, nice location. The idea is good, it has a lot of potential.

Cons

Incompetent mid-level management, business disorientation, and insufficient communication between teams, silos, lack of communication between production and sales. Swift and frequent layoffs are another concern. Some managers do not have ethical workplace practices. They can literally ghost you when they decide to stop working with you.

Pros

Good pension contribution. Good benefits in general. Decent salaries.

Cons

Middle management that act as a wall (engineers can't get their opinions/feedback across). Not a meritocratic company (you can work hard and someone else will be promoted/praised for your work). Unusually high number of silos given the company size.
