      Great Engineering Company

      Pros

      If you are looking to work for a company with inspiring founders and some great engineers, and want to build interesting software and solving great challenges, then this is a great place to work. Sometimes it's hard work, but the team is friendly, the culture great and it means a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      I think R3 is scale-up size, which means we're still trying to figure out how to grow. This means if you are looking for a job where you are told exactly what to do and how to do it, this isn't the right place. You will need to find your own place and challenges, and when you do, you are rewarded for it.
