Staff discount, fun and friendly coworkers to work with in store.
Cons
Very disorganised management. They expect people to be able to suddenly come in for a shift on the same day and takes a long time to release the rota. Promises people permanent work for a long period but many are suddenly terminated during the 3 month probation period.
