      Can be decent pay, depending on what department you start in good benefits package guaranteed 40 hours

      Cons

      poor management structure employee's well-being doesn't matter high turnover rate autocratic owners-they have their hands in everything that happens company wide a lot of empty promises hourly employees are treated different than salary
