Pros

- Good Colleagues, skilled & talented professionals. - Salary was on time. - Had canteen and open timings if you wanted to eat something, then slowly things changed. - Good Projects when I joined the company but slowly things changed. - Learned new things. I recommend for freshers if they want to work on variety of projects. The company works on VR & AR , you can learn lot of things. - Used to do Evening Meetings on Saturday to discuss ideas, concept and progress with all employees.

Cons

- Poor attitude towards people who come for interview. They forget that someone was called for interview and even forget to attend them some people stayed for longs hours and then were called for the interview. - Rude Behavior of the Company owner towards the employees as he believes that he has too much money so that he can buy every person and make slave. - Once they become aware that an employee is leaving a company they will eat up all your remaining salary for the month and also create problems if you ask them for giving the documents. - Some super fools who thought in the company that developing games was useless. The company stopped making games and became greedy for money ,took projects from the market and developed them as a crap. - There first policy is "LOOT THE CLIENTS & CUSTOMERS". - In this policy, the management and specially the C.T.O. picks random projects from the market by buttering and creating a false hope to the customer, also quote them high price and impossibly early delivery time for the project as they don't have any technical knowledge still they have been kept in the company as " Chief Technical Officer". They do ALL BIG TALKS but no delivery on time and no quality in work as per high quotation. - Second Policy is "TRY TO ACT AS IF YOU ARE WORKING BUT DON'T WORK". The company upper management who are boot lickers of the owner just try to bring projects and just to be in good books of the owner they act as if they are very hard working and putting their blood and soul for the company's benefit but actually they don't work because once they take projects they do not care about the clients and customer. - Third Policy is "PLAY HIGH LEVEL OF POLITICS". Players are upper management and they play with their puppets who are department seniors, through them everything comes on the artists and developers. - Fourth Policy is " HIDE YOUR FACES WHEN ANYTHING GOES WRONG". The upper management who act like they know all but actually don't they pick projects do false developments because they don't know how the project should be developed in a systematic way and when the client complains about the project then they run away and hide their faces, following that they bring the artist level people in front to listen to the complain by the client and take all the hell when loose. -Fifth Policy is "WE PLEDGE TO STAY UNSYSTEMATIC & UNORGANIZED " They do not know what project should be assign to whom and how the work pipeline should be developed because of that approach a project which could be completed in 15 days, they stretch it to one and a half month. because they do all the wrongs in the projects and then the clients send plenty of changes. -Sixth Policy is " FALSE COMMITMENTS" Mr. Deepak Sharma is a specialist in this policy, hiring people by saying this is a gaming company works on AR and VR which attracts new people and freshers and once they come in the company they say we don't work on gaming projects anymore we will do some crappy and not-so-creative projects. -Seventh Policy "MAKE EMPLOYEES WORK AS SLAVE, DONT PAY THEM FOR EXTRA WORK". The timings are already for 9 hours and still they stop you for more work and not even pay you for your extra time worked. They have developed this as a habit.
