      HR is a frustrated and agressive bully with no knowledge of the name of the company: still calling it Rapid Response!changed to RAPID RTC 24 months ago- ignorant of job descriptions within her organisation , she’d advise/ order on tasks and functions and processes she has no idea of: she is on a quest for authority
