      Pros

      - Convinient location within London Centre - Access to companies, research tools and travel options are sufficient - A number of positive individuals still within the company , but RCM currently undergoing restructuring so info might be outdated

      Cons

      - German dominated company - Poor transparency regarding compensation and promotion - Bonus apparently not tight to personal performance - Current senior staff lacks social as well as investment skills - High turnover, best people are leaving - No team culture: Company is strictly divided into PMs and Analysts

      Pros

      Good opportunity for investment professionals, such as analysts and portfolio managers, global firm possible opportunities at other offices, good benefits, generally nice people and located in San Francisco.

      Cons

      I would not refer someone to RCM in Sales, Marketing or Client Service unless you are hired on at a senior management level there is very little growth/advancement.
