I worked at RDF Media for more than 3 years

    Pros

The company makes you feel part of their family. There is the staple bagel Fridays, but there are company events every few months to premier their shows so they make you proud of what you created. And you get to look at the ocean!

    Cons

Late nights Parking is awful because its right by the 3rd st. promenade

Line Producer in Los Angeles, CA
    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at RDF Media

    Pros

Fair compensation. The view from the offices aren't bad either.

    Cons

Poor communication of product deliverables at planning stages result in moving goalposts all through production. Lack of proper planning time for productions result in high production staff turnover (as a function of aforementioned moving goalposts). Little to no accountability across the board. No fortitude when dealing with bad clients.
