1) small but creative workplace 2) Great coworkers and we can really enjoy worktime here 3) Company doesn’t think about about pay when they like the candidate skill set

1) Here every single rule goes by the CEO Mr.Vicky who may look seamless and perfect but he is NOT. 2) He loves to degrade and insult his employees especially the ones who left in past to prove himself as correct 3) In RDP , your hard work and talent will go in to toss infront of the people who mastered in nothing but show off 3)They purposefuly delay relievings or payments for their Employees 4) You can expect ZERO corporate ethics and culture here. 5)No proper management levels and no one takes responsibility and authority because everything is relatively concerned with CEO VICKY. No individual can take decision with out his approval 5) MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY FAILS IN REALISING ABOVE POINT SINCE THEY ARE SURROUNDED BY THAT KIND OF PEOPLE 6) Main flaw is YOU WILL HAVE TO FACE MICRO OR NANO LEVEL MANAGEMENT which will take peace from your mind and soul 7) Unnecessary concalls and meetings from dusk to dawn with zero progression. This concalls and meetings with all those yelling from CEO will kill your enthusiasm 8) Ignorant and Rash behaviour of CEO towards sales people . Being a CEO , he yells and scolds at his employees(irrespective of their age) in concalls and meetings infront of every one 9)Management will be in touch with the people with whom they have work at that point 10) They DONT have human concern towards employees at all. In my short span of working period I have seen more than 20 members leaving the company
