Pros
-It's a small/medium sized company, so there are many opportunities to take responsibility and work on initiatives, as long as you put the effort in -Clients are typically large and recognizable companies, and some need interesting coding developments -Stable, with OK benefits (health, dental) -People are very respectful and nice in general -Snacks in the kitchen -Work life balance
Cons
-Upper management plays favorites -A couple boring company "parties" a year -Stuffy and conservative workplace culture you would expect from an older, larger, more established company -Advancement and networking opportunities do not exist -No diversity -No 401K match -No HR department -RSS will probably say these Glassdoor reviews are fake so they don't have to do anything about the culture issues (coming from upper management) that people are repeating again and again and again
