Probably one of the best companies I’ve worked for! Rema has a good work life balance and treat their staff really well. As long as you are hard working and work well with your customers and team members everyone is happy. The entire company are really nice people from the bottom end to management level and they treat every employee like people should be in a professional environment. This is a company you can stick with for a long time, well rewarded and they are investors in their people (training / product knowledge) and enspire to see them grow within the business - they want you to succeed. They also provide every bit of assistance when needed and provide a great support structure.
