Full of contradicting systems and instructions. Say one thing and do the other. Senior staffs are jealous of staffs that are doing well and try to bring them down. Super bias place and need to know how to boot lick. Otherwise just prepare to get blacklisted and aimed at.

Worst employer in the course of my career. Poorly organized, poorly managed. Reminiscent of working for companies managed by men of privilege in the early 2000s. High turnover, poor management practices, inconsistent communication, favoritism, poor financial management, poor understanding of the modern workplace. I have no idea how they have managed to remain in the data science sphere, unless it’s simply through exploiting old networks and remaining connected to Academia. Old School is too kind of a phrase to describe them.
