Good tech and value proposition.

Cons

Horrible politics and poor decisions out of head office Appears to be a family & friends culture where appointments are concerned. Meaning the majority of individuals in positions of power & influence are generally out of their depth and it shows.

Pros

Service Store is a great product. A lot of great and very dedicated people but most in non-management positions.

Cons

Company suffers from an identity crisis and the messaging is all over the place. The Vision hasn't changed for years. Refusing to let go of the old and keeps doing the same mistakes over and over again. Opportunistic execution and will throw money to get people in and not always the right people.
