Pros
You will receive a paycheck once a week. There is off street parking except in the winter when the snow piles take up most of the spaces. You will be issued a scheduled alloted time to use the rest room as porcelain space is a a commodity at Rexa.
Cons
Dunning–Kruger effect runs rampant throughout the company. Most of the supervisors are high school dropouts, unfortunately Management believes that the supervisors walk on water. Then there is the unbridled nepotism, which isolates the Good 'Ol Boy clique from any responsibility or accountability. The network of relatives allows protection from any errors that cause loss of revenue. And the resulting redirection of the responsibility to unprotected employee.
