      Friendly, helpful environment. Room for career growth. Employees are always thought of first.

      Cons

      The industry can be difficult to learn but they are very proactive in training.

      Pros

      You really feel like part of the family when you work at RG Group. The owner makes a point to know everyone's name and walks around regularly to say hi to everyone. You truly feel like your contributions are valued and appreciated.

      Cons

      The downside of a small company is that there aren't as many advancement opportunities available at any given time as you could have in a large corporation.
