Europe has about 70 employees so it’s not extremely large but we work with other entities in Asia and U.S

Pros

Highly recommended for different career stages - rewarding, understanding and at the cusp of something big. If you are looking at growing at a phenomenal speed with an organisation then RGP's international division could be the place for you. The company is quite unusual - management consulting but looks after you, will experiment & take risks but without losing the sight of present and the place genuinely cares about you - it seems to tick all the boxes for an organisation that is growing in 2023. The culture is welcoming for Gen Z and Millennials.

Cons

Some areas have clunky and legacy processes - but they are being taken care of through the ongoing internal digital transformation.
