Pension, nice office location and subsidised cafe onsite
Cons
Office layout, one tiny lift, and lots of stairs so not accessible. Lack of vision, leadership not in synergy, high rates of sickness absence, poor onboarding, preaches inclusivity but I certainly didn’t feel that (a few that do try to make a genuine difference here but overall company culture lets it down) archaic in people processes and approach, poorly thought through restructures, meaning it’s one after the other. Complete lack of compassion.
