      There are absolutely no pro's.

      Cons

      Never felt part of company. Younger managers were all full of themselves and now all left!! Owners didn't have an interest about their staff and !! Was treated badly by management.

      Socials in the local pub.

      Cons

      Small and disjointed PM Consultancy. Constant flow of staff. Management is only looking after their own gain. Trying to break into the PM construction environment.
