      Great culture. Hybrid work environment. Heavily focused on innovation with an emphasis on AI. Tremendous flexibility which is great for employees with children or other family obligations.

      Cons

      Not a lot of great lunch locations near the office.

      None, They will use the flexibility they offer as a benefit. In return expecting employees available 24/7. They promote unqualified individuals because of favoritism or Familia ties. The owner has a team of incompetent executives leading and employees are suffering.
