      Amazing salary and benefits along with internal company events.

      Cons

      Depends on your position. Be prepared to be micromanaged and possibly put on probation for something that couldn't be helped and no one will really listen to your thoughts.

      There are some great people that work here and a mostly positive culture. Pay is fairly competitive.

      Cons

      Not receptive to feedback, lots of turnover, lack of leadership and communication throughout the organization.
