There are literally no pros.

Cons

Run…don’t walk away from this terrible ownership team and toxic culture. Firings, emotional stress, intense pressure and barking orders to staff like their dogs are standard. Complete bottleneck to two people in the organization and all else are beaten down if they make any decisions.
