      A lot of lovely people there, and management genuinely do care

      Cons

      The executive team can't work together, and there's a lack of strategic alignment which leaves the organisation wallowing, in terms of impact and culture

      Cons

      Large workload, more recently there has been a push to hit numerical targets over care for clients. Although my role has been safe from redundancy, the RNIB has made significant cuts to employment, including blind and visually impaired employees. They’ve also cut services that blind and VI people need, presumably because they don’t benefit the RNIB financially.

      The people in this organisation make this company.

      Cons

      The higher ups have no clue how overstretched the workers actually are. With a range of redundancies and hiring freeze everyone is feeling it. There is no incentive no benefits to working here, no career progression.
