Pros
Flexible working including abroad and great team. They believe in giving you learning and development time every week to support growth. Really exciting interesting work where you feel valued and actually make a difference. Great route to working in startups and improving finance careers.
Cons
Work is exciting and varied but learning curve is steep. Internal team support with this but still takes time to master skilss.
