Pros

Excellent opportunities to collaborate with the wider RPA teams, large budgets lend itself to awesome opportunities in terms of media ventures and experimental ideas, and the chances for growth (in certain departments). AMD level and below - great collaboration and communication, awesome transparency.

Cons

I have absolutely no idea what the managing director nor the CEO do, nor the directors or VPs here, for that matter. This would be find, if it didn't require me to interact with them to do my job. However it does, and it proves difficult. Certain teams (planning teams and branded content teams) are INCREDIBLY favored over smaller teams, and this is a direct byproduct of the bureaucracy that trickles down from the Chief Media Officer.
