      There is literally nothing good to say.

      The hours are awful, the salary was laughable, and the management aren’t interested in you- they just want you to line their pockets.

      Pay rate for not having a degree isn't the best, but better then minimum wage

      Cons

      secretive management, backstabbers, no communication, low workmanship standards, too many hours, not enough breaks/no encouragment to take breaks, no room for personal growth, no encouragment for education

      Great work ethic from the people on the floor.

      Cons

      No integrity from Upper Management! Agree with everything they say, or you're on your way out. They will lie to your face about growth; blind side you when you've accomplished your task. Do some research and see how many positions are filled by persons with more than a couple years with the company.
