      This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company.

      Pros

      Few people are here come to lick the boot of the management.

      Cons

      Salary does not give on time. Harass woman employee. Sometime woman employees are pressurized to work late Does not give release letter on time. Unprofessional. Unethical. Worst company ever.....lot of politics. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay.

Either this is a false review or coming from someone who just wants to vent out his frustration. Rplanx would never, and has never ignored any sexual harassment complaint regarding an employee. Our leadership team includes women and doesn't tolerate sexual harassment.

      Pros

      Working in rplanx is fun. There are lot of learning opportunities for new technologies which other startups and mnc not provide such as blockchain , AI etc. Employees in rplanx are highly supportive and help When there is any issue which doesn't even involve them. Management is very Supportive.

      Cons

      New technologies involves complicity and Sometimes those complicity is too difficult to meet in given deadlines but even then management is very supportive they communicate with the client and let them know about the problem a developer is facing.
