6yFormer Employee was hired as a small business inside sales representative in 2019, as part of the expansion of our inside sales team for the small business sector in the United Kingdom office.
The Company provided the former Employee with on-boarding training, covering sales process, products and systems. While the former Employee had indicated that she had relevant sales experience, it became apparent after 3 weeks that she was not qualified for the role responsibilities. The UK office elected to terminate the former Employee, following a standard disciplinary process.
