      Pros

      The cause is amazing and feels rewarding to work towards the end goal (if we even knew what that was...) Office located in trendy Dalston area of London

      Cons

      Senior management (CT and CEO) need a complete refresh Recent staff survey released which was almost entirely negative At least 3 employees hand in their resignation every month

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with my team and managent, felt there was a great work ethic and supportive environment. I worked in the residential homes before they closed, but closely with the learning supoort team who were very hard working and supportive with sharing advice.

      Cons

      Long hours Lots of restructuring while I worked there, that may have changed since.
