Earlier there were many reasons but now there is none.
Cons
With the change in management at top level following are the points to consider for anyone before joining RSWM - 1). Lot of politics in the setup especially marketing 2). HR is a dummy and not supportive for the employees. 3). All culture and values for which RSWM was known for have been diminished. 4). People with no knowledge are being put at the top level in marketing and they are threatening down the line employees. 5). Employees do not have job security.
