      Problem with Bullying and Intimidation

      Pros

      Salaries are good Most staff are friendly and focused.

      Cons

      Serious problem with bullying in London office. Staff leave on what is nearly a weekly basis. Bosses allow bullying and intimidation of younger/junior members of staff and do nothing. Culture of fear. Most conversations among my former colleagues involved how to find a better place to work. Put many of us off journalism for life.

      I worked there for just over 1 year and it was the worst year of my live! It actually made me ill. There is a certain presenter there, who has a show made in London. He and his witch treat the RT staff like second class citizens. They are complete bully's!!!

      Work place bullying. Ignore staff to hire incompetent managers who have no idea what they're doing. Completely demoralised team. Benefits are zero. Having RT TV on CV is extremely damaging to future prospects. No flexibility with management. Management think they're perfect with no faults but they are ALL the most toxic people I've ever met, let alone worked with. If you are reading this and thinking about working there- do NOT.
