Pros

1 good client - Sky. Free Sky and great place to work (on site).

Cons

It is like the senior management have never done recruitment. Silly SLA and KPIs agreed with clients, contributing to a really pressured environment. Working from home is a sin, despite what they say and you will most definately back stabbed at some point! Broken promises and one of the worst companies I have seen for salaries, unless you are the important recruiters of course.

Pros

- It's not your typical "lad" recruitment culture and very inclusive of all ages, genders and people. - Big named accounts and the opportunity to work with other brands too - Internal progression is great if you deserve it. They see people putting in the hard work and they'll reward you for it - Fun Quarterly meetings where you get to meet everyone from the business. This includes support staff, finance, marketing, sourcing specialists, recruitment coordinators, directors and senior staff - Great teams. Several different teams in several different offices and each of them are like family. Some even argue like brother and sister! - The internal recruiter is great too He helps to find the best people to fit our family. There's nothing like this, nothing like RTM :)

Cons

- Still seems very London centric - Would like the same opportunities for all offices - Have a review on PDP's (Personal Development Plans) as sometimes they're more directed to helping the company than improving consultants personal goals and aims in their career

Pros

No any...zero, don't even think of joining this company

Cons

From a every department perspective, the work culture in this company is extremely difficult to sustain. The boss is based in Colombia, and employees are regularly expected to work 13–14 hours a day, which creates continuous pressure and unrealistic expectations so employees prefer to leave the organization in 2-3 months. In this company, deadlines, follow-ups, and coordination already require high attention, but the workload here often goes beyond reasonable limits. Despite the level of responsibility, there is no attractive pay scale, proper increments are lacking, and salary growth does not match the effort employees put in Communication from management is often rude and unprofessional, which makes handling daily responsibilities even more stressful also employee retention is a major issue. Overall, the company needs serious improvement in management approach, employee respect, salary structure, and long-term work culture.
