      Pros

      Small company size makes it feel very personal. They have some very good clients and they are one of the best in the testing field

      Cons

      The benefits package needs to reworked and improved, being "liked" by upper management plays too large a role in the review and raise process.

      Pros

      The inspiring leadership and charisma of my boss have been a driving force behind our progress. He has been a mentor to us, imparting valuable lessons both in our personal and professional lives.

      Cons

      The CEO had a dangerous fixation on mistreating those under his leadership. He often appeared disheveled, as if he carried the weight of his tyrannical behavior. The employees lived in fear of setting him off and watching him fly off the handle at any moment. He also frequently engaged in gaslighting, manipulating and twisting the truth to maintain his power and control over the workforce.

      Another generic post that doesn't reference company name or anything else. We're all working remotely in a laid-back collaborative setting. My contact is with management and I do not yell. GlassDoor needs to vet these reviews as we are getting more of these, yet more consultants send us emails wanting to help us rid Glass Door of these types of reviews. Coincidence? These reviews needed to be vetted to see if they actually worked here, which I do not believe they did.

      Cons

      Working for Bill the CEO is one of the craziest experiences of my time in the workforce. I have never been micro managed like how he works day to day. I really wanted to love working here as the coworkers are great, I enjoyed the work, and the job otherwise, but he is unbearable. He is a generous person but it doesnt make up for feeling on edge and just always waiting for the next shoe to drop for the meltdown or feeling like you are in time out like a child.

      I'm sorry I don't know who wrote it. I certainly do not micromanage, who do not perform their job up to a professional level eventually stand out at a small firm.
