Mission of the company is great, the company as a whole is very successful and serves the community well

The company doesn’t make an earnest effort to retain staff, upper management / staff pats themselves on the back too much

Supportive coworkers, paid holidays, being able to assist participants find secure housing
Cons
Pay does not match the amount of responsibility, not all departments welcoming to other staff, staff not always supported by management
