The owner treats you like you are expendable and that he is above you. That "I am God" mentality. Plus when you work the road (a race) you get paid a flat rate no matter how many hours you work that race day. Should be illegal and brought to the labor boards attention. There is no culture and no values other than to make the man in charge money and work your life away.
