Pros

- Good benefits given the size of the company. - Start-up mentality, so you learn a lot fast - Hard-working and driven peers

Cons

- High turnover, people work in fear that they will be next - Team lacks diversity, especially C-suite, which makes it difficult for new/different ideas to gain traction - Product-first culture as opposed to people-first (this could be a pro for some) - Only surface level commitment to equity and inclusion

Hi, thanks for the feedback. While we unfortunately parted ways with a few employees who were not a fit this year, we are promoting top performers and hiring aggressively. DE&I has been and will continue to be a priority as the company grows. Like most fast-growing small startups, Radar has a strong culture, but it's not for everyone. You'll be a great fit if you're interested in joining a team of high performers focused on building a world-class business and product together. Nick, CEO

Pros

I am comfortable in my role. More responsibilities due to the small team.

Cons

There has been more firing and than hiring recently without much context. Morale hasn’t been great in recent months.

Hi, thanks for the feedback and I'm sorry that you feel this way. Know that when we don't go into much detail about the circumstances of a departure, we're typically doing it out of respect for the person departing. I care deeply about the experience of all Radar employees and will do everything I can to make our employees and the business successful. You can always reach out to me or Coby with feedback or concerns. Nick, CEO

Hard to find a company like this one

Pros

Radar fosters some of the hardest-working and brightest individuals I have ever been around. That said, there is no pressure from upper management to work extra hours or run yourself into the ground. It's a company that will challenge you to work your smartest, not hardest. Perks and benefits are great and consistently getting better. Upper-level management is really focused on employee well being. SDR's - all I can say is this position is different from others. If you want to kickstart a career in SaaS and not hate your first year, check out Radar.

Cons

As a young company, things are consistently changing, so if you don't like the idea of not knowing what to expect next, this probably isn't for you. Promotion path could be clearer but they're working on that and it's really up to you to push for something you want. That said, a smaller company means your input is more valuable, so there's an opportunity here to shape the direction of change.
