Pros
Coworkers were and still are some of the most supportive people i have met. There is a ton of stuff to learn.
Cons
Pay is subpar, and there is no baseline, someone with 0 experience can start out at a higher wage than you even if you’re more experienced. I had close to 30 hours of PTO stolen from me. Benefits were subpar, PTO buyback was 50% and reset at your anniversary. 1st shift were company favorites, usually got catered lunch and primarily were taken care of while 2nd and 3rd shift either got leftovers or nothing at all.
