      Decent benefits but outdated holds department heads

      Pros

      Decent amount of leaves and benefits. Able to go home on time most of the time.

      Cons

      There are some department heads who are technically outdated and refuses to upgrade themselves. They are just waiting for retirement and are obsolete.

      Co-workers are generally professional and are willing to support one another. There's a lot of structure/SOP so it's easy for someone to join and learn the ropes quickly.

      Cons

      More time spent on risk management rather than innovation. It's operates more like an SME actually.
